Pimples apart from making a face look bad and ugly also proves to be devastating to a person’s self confidence and self esteem. This stands especially true in case of the girls. Pimples and acnes are things that troubles majority of the people and at times prove to be disastrous to the girls. I'm not sure about your accuracy of using 'Brahmi' under Indian pennywort.

Brahmi is another plant, I may be wrong.
